Lifetime Fitness

It's great, go join it. $119 is not that much if you break it down into sessions. 4 times a week, 4 times a month = $7.43 per session. It's therapy folks.

The place is usually quiet, every ones super focused on their work out so you get that social influence ( PEER PRESSURE - BE FIT! ).

Le locker rooms  - Feels like you're in a gentleman's sports club, hmm why yes indeed - it' the burgundy lockers, thats probably it. That's the guys BTW not sure what the female version is like.

I've purposely missed all their classes and will continue to do so, it's weird working out in a group, feels like high school P.E.

They've got ample crossfit equipment and if you're unlucky you'll have a loud weight dropper, it's annoying stop dropping your weights bad sir, find other ways to find meaning in life.

Alright, alright, alright the most important part - Sauna's are hot and roomy ( and at the Roseville, CA location there's this Slavic guy, lets call him Ivan, that comes in and sprays eucalyptus on the walls ( thank you Vanya )).

Abnormal amount of good looking people, yours truly included ;)

Milk the system - you have one free tryout day and after you go that first day, DON'T SIGN UP. They will email you and offer discount sign up's and more free days ( like 3 ). I ended up waiting a week and got emails daily with offers, I ended up getting a $0 sign up fee and few free days.

TL;DR : It's an upgraded California Family Fitness.
